Who these terms apply to
These terms concern the 2hundred.club website operated by LONGEVITY GROUP under the 2HUNDRED brand. They explain the rules for browsing, applying for an invitation and using the website's member features. The publisher's identity is set out in the Legal notice.
They are website terms, not a medical consent form or a contract for the purchase of membership, supplements or clinical services. Any paid membership or reservation requires the specific information and contractual conditions presented before an order is placed.
Applications and invitations
Membership is by personal invitation and subject to availability and individual review. An application, an invitation or a visit to the member area does not itself guarantee admission or create a paid membership. Applicants must be adults with legal capacity to contract.
Provide accurate information about yourself and only share profile links or other information you are entitled to provide. Do not impersonate another person or use someone else's invitation. Invitations are personal and single-use. They must not be sold, publicly posted or used after redemption.
Founding members may share up to three invitations, subject to the 200-member limit. An invitation is an opportunity to apply or activate access, not a guarantee that a particular service or clinical intervention is suitable for its recipient.
Access and your information
Keep login links, invitation codes and member information confidential. Use member access only for yourself and notify us if you believe it has been compromised. You may correct your contact details and the visit information through the available edit controls.
A change to a requested appointment remains subject to the availability and confirmation of the care provider. Changes to the scope, price or duration of a purchased service must follow the applicable membership or service agreement, not a unilateral change to these website terms.
Health information and our ambition
The website introduces a longevity programme. References to 200 years express an ambition, not a guaranteed lifespan, a personalised medical prediction or a promise of a particular health result. Dashboard illustrations are not a diagnosis or an individual assessment.
Information on the website cannot replace advice, diagnosis or treatment from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. A doctor is responsible for clinical decisions within their professional scope. Do not delay care or change prescribed treatment solely because of website content. This website is not an emergency service.
Clinical care, laboratory testing, connected-device services and any future health-data processing require their own professional information, applicable terms and, where required, consent. Accepting website terms does not constitute consent to medical treatment or to all processing of health data.
Using the website responsibly
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address misuse or a security risk. Any restrictions affecting an existing paid contract remain subject to that contract and applicable consumer protections.
- Use the site lawfully and respect other members' privacy and intellectual property.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, introduce malicious code or disrupt the site.
- Do not extract other members' information, send unsolicited messages through the service or exploit the invitation system.
- Do not submit unlawful content or confidential information belonging to someone else.
Content, availability and external services
We take reasonable care over the website's content and operation. Information can change and the site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons. We may correct errors and update the site without retroactively changing your acquired contractual rights.
Third-party websites and services, including social platforms and connected-device providers, have their own terms and privacy notices. A link or reference does not mean that 2HUNDRED controls that service or can guarantee its availability.
Intellectual property is addressed in the Legal notice. Personal data is addressed separately in the Privacy policy, which is not a blanket consent to advertising or to the processing of medical information.
Responsibility and your legal rights
Each party remains responsible for the harm for which it is legally liable. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, gross fault, personal injury or mandatory consumer rights. These terms do not remove legal guarantees or remedies attached to a purchased service or product.
French law applies, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections under the law of their habitual residence where those protections apply. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under the applicable rules. No exclusive Paris jurisdiction, compulsory arbitration or waiver of statutory remedies is imposed on consumers by these terms.
Changes and contact
The date above identifies this version. Updated website terms apply prospectively; changes to a separate membership or service contract follow that agreement and the law. For questions, use the contact details in the Legal notice.
